Trombone rental from Presto Instruments
The trombone is a member of the Brass family of musical instruments.
The trombone is made from Brass and is a cylindrical tube bent into an elongated S shape.
It is special because it uses a slide to move between notes and to play chromatically
Trombone players produce their sound by buzzing and blowing air into their mouthpiece with their uniquely shaped lip position called The Embouchure.
To change from low to high notes and vice versa, brass players tighten and loosen their lips to change the intensity of the lips vibrations.
Brass players also rely on an increased breath capacity to blow the huge amounts of air required to produce a sound on the trombone.
